No pictures but I've got a litter of stone martens in my roof. They drive my dog crazy and I'm not going to rip up the ceiling to get at them.

Those skinks have a strong bite for no bigger than they are. When my boy was just a little guy he used to hand feed one on the back step. When the neighbors little girl was over he decided to show off and pick it up. It left a mark LOL but no permanent damage. Darwin awards are available to anyone with enough "plumbing" to go for it.
