Also, talking about fixing the numbers, now they are counting the dead with the scientific "probably" method. Yup, as I knew it would, this is turning into one big farce. She claims that because of the cares act every kung flu patient a hospital receives they are compensated 15% (of the total hospital bill?). So of course the numbers are inflated. She has many interesting thoughts on this whole deal
