Hard to say for sure in photo, but looks similar to what we call henbit (Lamium amplexicaule) down here. Might google search some images and see if they match up. Chancey

Some 2-4-D Amine will do wonders to help control it sadly this is one of those weeds you need to spray early and fairly often . If your county has a weed board they should be able to help you get rid of them or even a farm and ranch store. The bad part is if I remember correctly the roots go down twice as far as it spreads out on top of the ground so it can be a challenge to control.
