Maybe some of you read on here on came down sick and had to pull traps short of my goal of 100. Recently I had a call of skunks under a house and picked up three more putting me over the top all be it a little after the end of the trapping season. I guess I will have to put an asterisk by the number. I got paid a little better for the problem skunks so I'll be happy with the asterisk.
#100 and #101

Good deal Bruce. Been thinking about you lately wondering how you were. I guess this answers that!

Fur still looks OK?

Yep fur still looks good. One had four embryos about cashew sized.

The civets around here start getting orange in the white in the late season. Those look real nice still.

Could you estimate the amount of essence is normal in one of your civets?

Dean,
I sell the whole glands so have never extracted the essence but I will guess 10 skunks to get an ounce.

Congratulations, do you have striped skunks in your area?

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.
