I could use those perch I could make some good stuff with them. No it isn't perch either.

We don't them close to me. A good hour to hour and half drive to some areas that have them.

I will add some eggs the next batch, that is a very good idea. Now that would make a excellent flavored egg in that solution.

mine are suckers , If I was catching perch I would be frying them. the whole family loves a perch fry.

I used Ball canning spice on my first batch. I have half a mind to make my own and figure out what parts I liek the most but that ball sure was good.
