The ACLU is suing the state of Idaho over a state law requiring participants in girl's sports to be girls ruling out boys who say they are girls.

Idaho's "Fairness in Women's Sports Act" made Idaho the first state to ban biologically male students from participating in all female sports.

I have several problems with this. One is that in many cases, these are boys who can't compete with other boys, but feel they can compete with girls. This issue applies to less than 1% country-wise to athletes. This is very unfair to any female athlete.

I hope the ACLU loses. Liberal crap.

Wasn't there just a case somewhere in the Northeast where someone filed suit against someone for the exact opposite, to prevent boys who identify as girls from participating in girls sports because they were winning all the titles. Track and field I believe.

There was a case somewhere out there where a girl who worked hard at field and track. She had aspirations of becoming a state champion and eventually making it to the Olympics. But, two boys who said they were girls were allowed to compete with girls. They narrowly defeated this girl destroying everything she had worked so hard for.

99% of average males would be embarrassed to compete against girls in sports. But, the liberal media agrees with the 1% instead.

Just need a separate competition for all the freaks

That would work, only too many of them wouldn't win. They need to compete with a girl to make sure they win.
When I was in high school you would have been laughed out of school if you competed against a girl. Oh I almost forgot, getting laughed at today would be considered "bullying".

We already have a special Olympics so maybe we need a special special Olympics.
It would be great they could have Biden sniffing confused kids in the opening ceremony

Don't tell me they are for the constitution. Gender identity is not mentioned in the constitution. And the constitution does not bar religion. A strict reading of the constitution just says the government shall not favor any [one] religion over others [as in England].
