A yearly physical with a good blood work up is a good idea, especially if you’re over 50. My health insurance requires it annually. I’m 62, and fortunate that I’m not needing and ongoing care. No prescriptions, and other than 2 hip replacements and cataract surgery, I’ve dodged poor health. But I can’t begin to do what I could do when I was 30.

Turned 58 today, Had mine first colonoscopy 3 years ago. Every three years now, have some polyps precancerous. All other tests are good. Crazy not to go in in my opinion.

Well I drove a thousand and seven miles today, signing papers and dropping off the rental car included,to pick up my new to me pickup, in just a little over sixteen hours. So I can still getter done, but it definitely hurts more!
