Interesting question. The easy answer is whenever they violate your rights. However, it's not that simple because unless you have numbers of people backing you up by breaking the same law at the same time, you will, more than likely, just get arrested, prosecuted and you won't have the money to fight it. It's a tough call.
I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.

Lex malla lex nulla. If it doesn't jibe with the constitution that you have sworn to uphold, it's not valid. .

In the words of the great Ben Franklyn, "If a law is unjust, it not only should be broken, it MUST be broken!" He was just paraphrasing Thomas Aquinas.

Seems to be this ^^ speed limits seem to end up as gide lines. . Its complicated as stated above sound good when the constitution is violated. Yet that's a lot of bravado by most that say it. For example. The NFA violates the constitution yet all my NFA items are tax paid and legal. Don't answer but I say its fare to say no one on this board outside law enforcement or a licensed sot had a machine gun made after may 1986. Unless they keep their bump stock thata not a machine gun but now has the same penalties. It's a complex question and everyone has there personal line in the sand. For some that is modern sporting rifles for others its pointed sticks and sling shots.

Ok providencefarm, your hired. You get to pass laws that are 100% based on your religion. We can toss out those parts in the first that say its illegal. Whatever you believe the rest of the country will believe. However you worship so will everyone else. After all your religion is perfect. We will live in harmony, no dissension, forever more.

Maybe you missed the part that our rights were endowed by our creator? Some how you seem to confuse that with freedom of religion. That means no state sponsored religion.
