I have witnessed the power of fear and the fear of power .......compliance without question or resistance
What will happen when a real crisis comes down the pipe ?????

My cousin works in a nursing home that has it pretty bad. Nursing homes are bad for Covid 19. I think you if you stay out of nursing homes, you should be able to survive it. Keep your immune system in tip top shape.

My experience is covid19 is not much different than the flu. It's only been more publicized to instill fear and control people. The longer this goes, the more the truth is coming out. I know of no one personally who has gotten it. I do not live in fear of this.

Here are today's statistics from Ohio.... The Blue numbers are the totals for the state, to date, and the red numbers are the increases from yesterday. Garry-

My boss's brother lost a buddy he grew up with. Then the buddies wife died. Then his buddies son died from it.
My friend's cousin who is 30 years old got it, got double lung pneumonia, had a collapsed lung, but now is recovering.
I spoke with my neighbor whose son is a doctor. He said his son lives in a part Georgia where they had more cases per capita than anywhere, second only to New York City. When it first hit them they were having to reuse supplies, and were badly understaffed. Last I heard, things had slowed and he was down to just having to oversee a few patients.
All that said, I think the virus went through my family. Right before they started shutting stuff down a nasty cold took my wife out for several days, and she had lingering symptoms for longer. She lost her sense of smell, which they are now saying is a symptom.. She had to use her rescue inhaler, which is a fairly rare occurrence. It was a mild cold for my three kids, and I never showed any signs of having it. We kept away from anyone when it went through the family, just as we do with any sickness. We home school, and I basically work by myself, so that was easy for us to do.
My mother in law had the same thing, even lost her sense of smell. Doctor tested her and said she didn't have the flu. This happened for her right before Covid was making news. My father in law got the same thing, with milder symptoms. They live in a part of Ohio with more cases of covid.
My view is that it is highly contagious. If your immune system is compromised it will hit you harder.
Although the virus has left me relatively unaffected, I was hoping Ohio was going to start opening things back up. I was a little surprised to see them extend the "lockdown " for another entire month. I was hoping with the success Sweden was having managing covid, that Ohio would pattern their approach to something similar going forward.
I really don't know what to think of it all. I'm just glad I live in the country. And live a simple life.

I believe it hit a power plant I was working at back in February. 300 people called off in one day there. It was before they knew it was here. I wound up getting it and so did the wife when I came home. I shrugged it off un about a week and my wife shrugged it off in a few days. Still not sure `it was covid but I would put money on it.
I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.

I’m having trouble with the whole contagious thing.Im in a grocery store working 6 days a week and we have 1 corona virus case actually my meat wrapper. The day she went out and tested positive she began feeling sick so I sent her home told her she had to get a doc note to return .shes been out 13 days and was sick for 4 days she returns to work Monday.Basically the whole meat crew had to have been exposed for a couple of day.It seems to that you almost have to touch some one that has it or touch something right after they have.our biggest cases are Tyson meat plant and our nursing homes we have about 700 covid cases with 42 deaths of those 32 are from nursing homes 1 is from Tyson he was 72 years old with pre existing conditions.I know staff at Walmart,Home Depot and all the retail grocery outlets and we are defiantly exposed on a daily basis our Walmart had 2 cases that’s the extent of all the stores in our area that are open and busy everyday.

I think I've already had it once in February, before they realized we had a problem. They had so much flu at our local hospital in Ottawa, Il, they shut It down to visitors, canceled life fit gym, closed cafeteria to outsiders. When they started the isolation: I read about all the symptoms & knew the shape I was in, if I caught it I would have 24 to 48 hours to live after the incubation period. Later as they gave more symptoms ,I remembered already experiencing many of them. The fever, chills & sweats, loss of smell & taste, felt like a truck parked on my chest.. I thought I maybe had lymes disease again or was about to have another heart attack. Like most guys I won't do doctors unless I'm carried in, The good news is I'm still here, after the 1st go around. I believe it's more of a genetic thing now; as to whether you'll have a mild case or a final farewell. It seems to be like lung cancer that kills people that never smoked; but grandmas 3pack a day camel nonfilters live to 103. Same as families with weak eyes or hearts
