People working from home will become more prevalent, food delivery and cart pickup will be permanent for many people, fill up the tank for half of what it had cost was nice but not good for the oil business workers.

I haven’t had fast food in 6 weeks

Adult kids are coming over once a week for family lunch together

Didn’t spend as much $$ in April

Getting to chat/know my neighbors better

Monthly gasoline spending way down

More time to just build a fire and watch it burn.

I see a lot of families spending a lot more time together, locally. Families I've never seen before out of the car are now walking daily hand in hand, fishing and having picnics. To some degree it's like we moved the calendar back 50 years. I know some are alluding to this being a God made Sabbath for some.

I also noticed that people "in general" are just more pleasant towards one another.

For the first time in my life, cottage country is peaceful this time of year. No one on the water, no idiots running you off the water in their massive boats. Fishing is good too.

Saving a literal ton of money by not driving anywhere.

Cheap gas, so everything costs less.

Freezer is filling slowly which is strange because it's usually on the way down now.

Had lots of time to put together and use a smoker for the first time ever. Made some awesome smoked trout and smelt.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the massive economic fallout and human suffering I much prefer how things are right now up here.
