I keep the jug the pickles come in or pour the juice through a sieve and into a mason jar and keep it int he fridge
I like Clausens pickles get the big jug every week
2 pickles a day and Water keeps the leg cramps away.
leg cramps are a family issue , that seems handed down through my dads mothers side of the family.
I was reading a article about runners and leg cramos and they had the science behind pickle juice , your stomach detects the pickle juice and tells you brain nutrients are on the way , then you brain releases some chemical that calms the cramp.
they suggest 4 ounces of pickle juice , slug it back. but water is also very important. water as water and not mixed , coffee , tea or pop , just water
I can drink 40oz of coffee in a morning but still get crackling in my ear like I am de-hydrated , unless I have a least a quart of water before 10 with my coffee.
there is also some science that a narrow mouth bottle causes greater consumption of water in some studies , a hydration pack also encouraged more water intake.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

When My granddaughter plays softball in the spring and summer they consume pickles. Plus drinking the juice.
We have had some very hot days at tournaments with little shade. Also making sure they drink lots of water.

Switchel or haymaker's water, is a historic recipe that works great for me in the summertime. It's like an 18th century sports drink. Except it tastes awful. just
