so the carpet was bad and need to be replace , an the mice got in this winter an made it worse ,

so I strip everything and started over


before you all start about carpet , that's what was in there an I think that's all that could be because the way they build it back in 1973 , if you look at pic, you will see gap ,I did not think vinyl would hold up to foot traffic , I could be wrong , but I'm happy with the wat it turn out , an my wife love its

Looks good. When I did mine, I bought 3/16 aluminum sheet instead of plywood. It was just a little more money and I'll never have to replace the floor again. I've re-carpeted twice sine. The carpet lasts 5 or so years for me but I have to store the boat outside.
