This reminds me of the Willie Nelson song "To All The Girls I loved Before"... If I would have married one of those girls, I might not be alone and single with nothing but a cat for company...Lol

2220 for me. I would g o to a trappers convention and see how many people wished they could have lived 200 years ago.

choose to live in and what age would you be? I wouldn't go back to far. It would be cool to be between 16 to18 in the late 60's and driving to high school in an American muscle car. That was me, except just a little early for the actual "muscle cars". Mine was a modified '47 Mercury coupe with a '53 Cadillac engine, Olds transmission and rear end.

1980s, in NYC same age and everything, just would have like to have not been kicked out of high school, because that was the one single defining act that brought me to where I am today in Connecticut, winding down on a very successful career as a civilian working for a defense contractor. I say this only because prior to getting kicked out, actually wheeled out.... I was on a very different path in life, and I often wonder where I would have wound up looking back at those times. On the other hand, I've experienced a lot by moving out of NYC and the one real blessing of this was rescuing my dog coming up on 10 years ago out of a very bad situation, as she's been my best friend, got me back into exploring the woods, and by seeing her hunt, put me on the path to becoming a licensed trapper I see a lot of cars mentioned, I had a 70 Duster with a 360 block out of either an early 70s Cornet Police car or taxi cab, with 68 340 J heads, Mallory dual point ignition, a built 904 Turbo Action reverse pattern manual race only trans, with a real high stall converter... the list goes on, was a very fast straight car till I wrecked it on the BQE one day in light rain conditions, guess my Dunlap GT Qualifier G-60s bias ply tires in the rear - which were like cubes with minimal tread when new - along with D-78s up front - was not the best choice for highway driving back then !! Still got the drive train, and a 71 Duster body which I keep threatening to put together - but my recent purchased 2002 Monte Carlo SS [black with silver checkered flags] has become my new project car, since that is crazy fast top end wise "as is".

Born in '53, not planning on dying anytime soon. I think I would stay right where I am at. I have done, seen and accomplished an awful lot in my life. Had a lot of fun, survived a lot of hard knocks but always come out on the winning end because of my ability to scramble. I have seen and done more than I would guess 95% of people living now, and if my time came tomorrow I have no regrets.
To go back to an earlier time would probably mean I would not have my wife and family, and they have made me a very happy man. And yeah, I have driven some very nice, fast cars including a '67 Dodge RT 440 Mag, 1969 Super Bee Six Pack, and a '51 Ford Victoria in great shape.
