I remember my mom would open both ends of the can to push the bread easily.
The bitterness of poor quality last a lot longer than the sweetness of low price

b&m brown bread beans and hot dogs was saturday night supper when i was a kid i was never a fan of the bread but dad said eat it so i did When I was a kid we was so poor that hot dogs were a treat. Same with soda pop. Once a year, Dad would burn a brush pile in the meadow and we'd roast hot dogs and get a bottle of Pepsi. We appreciated it back then.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

I hope the brand name doesn’t reflect what happens after you eat it Never heard of it but I’ll give it a try. Maybe have the boys go first!!

Anyone remember the canned pound cake in the C rations?
I sure do. That was one of the best foods in C rations. Everybody wanted those. Remember lima beans and ham? I liked those too as long as they were warmed up.

Ham & Limas was my favorite. I used to put the cheddar cheese in with the beans and then burn the box around the can. Nice smoky flavor
