I personally think Communism is a buzz word right now being thrown around to brew up political discontent. Political discontent is always the fuel burned by a party that is not in power but would like to be in power. Well we obviously disagree on many things, this is just one of them. In my opinion anytime you "tell' any professional ( or anyone else for that matter) that they can no longer work in the private sector, but must now "work" for the government, its no different than how a communist country operates. If you read these new proposals in the second paragraph it talks about phasing out ALL private doctors clinics and going into one big collective, although thats not the exact term they used, it is certainly what they mean. In the system we have today, doctors are free to a certain extent to do their job in different ways. For example my family doctor wanted me to start a very harsh drug recently and wouldn't even consider another drug that has far fewer side effects. I went to the walk in clinic, saw another doctor and he told me about some diet changes I could make....that information changed my life. I never did go on any drugs because of the information he gave me. If all the doctors are put under one roof so to speak will we still have those options?? I think not. There will be no walk in clinics or any private clinics of any kind.

Well we obviously disagree on many things, this is just one of them. Yes, that is obvious. It is what it is I guess, but I'm sure we agree on many things too. I have looked at your website, lodge looks great. I am a fishing fanatic, love spending time at my cabin in northern Sask and I think the outdoors are the best thing about this life we get to live, aside from our loved ones obviously. So, I suspect we would agree on a lot too. I just cannot buy into the extreme discontent being stirred in what I think is a ridiculously great place to live my life. Here in Sask, we still have those medical options you spoke of, so I'm unsure why Yukon would be so much different to be honest, not saying they aren't, just not sure why.

Some of the proposed changes are awesome. Especially the video appointments. Ive been involved in a few of them recently and I think they are the way to go. Saves everyone time and money.
