Of autozone for not wearing a mask.
I was shopping for a few bolts and nuts they said I needed a mask. So I put my shirt over my face and kept looking for the parts. A manager starts yelling at me says to put on a mask I say I have my face covered and it's no different than a Bandana or anything else that isn't rated for infectious diseases. He got hot and started screaming it's the law it's the law get out now! On my way out I said a few things about this law I can't say on tman.

As I was getting into the truck a guy without a mask is entering I told him what happened and I can't post his reaction but it was similar to mine.

I went to a home center, tons of people not wearing masks and they had the nuts and bolts I needed for the truck which autozone didn't. Plus I got a few other things

Is it a law? Did your state legislature pass one that states a "mask" is necessary to enter a store?

People are getting crazy .... I try to stay away from the world out there as much as I possibly can ... even more so these days.

Remember back when people entering a store wearing a mask were seen as the criminals?

I just tell them I can't wear a mask due to asthma and have not had a problem yet.

With your health issues, you can say you can't wear a mask and the ADA says you can't be questioned about it.

3togo, apparently the governor issued this law this week which went into effect today. Masks are to be worn in public except while exercising. Isn't walking considered exercising?

What's the difference wearing a bandana or a shirt as a mask? If any garment slowed the spread than women in Muslim countries wouldn't be dying from corona virus. Iran has over 7000 deaths with over 100k confirmed cases.

Trespass is a real law. If told to leave and you refuse you can be ticketed or even arrested for trespass. Regulatory board may be threatening to pull license if the mask thing is ignored. If that store is corporate and not private they may be under a lot of pressure to comply.

Just keep a mask in the truck. If they require a mask, I’ll wear one. If they don’t then I won’t. Companies rules so I’ll follow them. Same if someone comes to my house, follow my rules or get out. Pretty sure it’s been this way for the last 200+ years. Nothing new, just different rules.

I had no problem and respected a businesses decision to have a rule but being forced by the state to wear something and being yelled at by a manager of a national store is bs. I complied and covered my face once I was asked. But it wasn't good enough. Other businesses I visited (local and national) today had no problem with people using their shirts or not wearing a mask.

Our governor is nuts and a hypocrite.

I wear one of the cups from one of my wifes old bras. If I have to do it I'm going to have fun doing it.

Maybe getting kicked out will teach you something(though I doubt it). This virus is taken seriously by many people. If wearing a mask is that big an intrusion on your rights,so be it,stay out of places that require it.
Seems I have seen--NO Shoes-NO shirt-NO service,just add masks to it.

What's it going to teach me? How to be a sheep? I ain't no sheep. I take it serious but I know nothing but proper infectious disease rated ppe isn't going to help. As I stated if ANY material is supposed to help than Muslim women would not be getting it and dying. Bacteria can enter through many areas of the body including the eyes wounds scratches, feet etc...
For the record I've lost 6 relatives and 100+ have tested positive, so yes I do take it serious. Our bodies aren't created for these "it's for your safety" nonsense. Practice great hygiene and you reduce the risk much more. Everyday more stories are on the news of people passing out or worse while wearing these improper face masks.
The entire state requires it for anywhere except for exercising and health conditions. I ain't moving out of state anytime soon. Walking is classified as exercise.

I would guess it's an executive order, governor's can't make laws, only enforce. Either way, the whole thing is getting to be a real PITA.
