It's not what I thought it was. I did a Google search and it disproved my idea that it was the drill point from an old hand auger for well drilling.

If a sickle bar point it is different than any I have ever seen. All that I have worked with are bolt on. It is possibly a point for a loose hay fork used to put hay in the barn. I have an old horse drawn sickle mower at the farm I will look at later today also a hay fork I can check.
