Who do you believe anymore. The news is all twisted , experts are like a flavor of the month, and the government just forget it. So what say you is there anything left anymore that you can trust isn't biased?

Don't believe anything you see or hear on TV. My Mother always said don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see. Read all you can and let your common sense filter it down.

Common sense, logic, and deductive reasoning do not come easy to most folks without effort. You can bet the ranch that it is not encouraged in school.
Without those skills, this country is doomed.

When there were three news channels, ABC, CBS, and NBC, there was an hour of local news and an hour of national news each night. That was it, 6 total hours of news programs.

Then came cable and 25 news channels all broadcasting 24 hours per day. There isn't enough news to fill the space so there is a lot of grasping at straws trying to turn something non-news into news or reporting things that aren't confirmed just to have something to fill the space - fake news. There is also fierce competition for an audience so the news became entertainment instead of reporting news.

These skills are almost nonexistent in today’s generation. That is why the believe whatever someone else tells them no matter how untrue or illogical it is. It is mind blowing the amount of people in today’s times who have no ability to think and reason for themselves.
