I am turning down work. Looks to me like paying people more than they earned while working encourages them to stay unemployed. I know I have a tendency to go where I get paid best.
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Well... it is the LOW 500's. At least they are not going wild and starting at the mid 500's

Building that home puts a host of various builders to work, creates some home furnishings sales occur, and all the extras like landscapers, the services to that home like electrical, garbage, etc. etc. and taxes. I say keep the $ flowing and economy chugging along. If the owners can afford to build, please do. Jim
Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

I would not want a house like that for free but if the owners want it and can afford it I think its a great thing for local work as JabNE said.
Let's go Brandon
