Good luck. Sounds to me like your a top notch guy and they know it. I’m always looking for a guy like that but rarely find them.

That is a great turn of events. Personally, I'd have to see what the other two were offering just to satisfy my curiosity. Otherwise I'd always wonder if maybe they had even sweeter deals.
Eh...wot?

Congratulations. Its quite a statement to stay on a job for that long these days. I'm always amazed when we go to hire someone at how many jobs folks have on their resumes. Its hard to find the ones that did long stints anywhere. Sounds like the new job has company that seems to fit your similar standards and ethics, doing the right thing. Those are ones you look for no doubt. FYI, and I know its an old cliché, but it does have some truth to it and please take it to heart. The closing of one door behind you opens up a whole world of opportunities ahead of you. You got a nice pay bump and didn't have to do the job search very long to get it. This may turn out to be the best thing that has happened to you career-wise in a long time. Fingers crossed for you! Jim

When one door closes another one opens. Congratulations on the raise. Best of luck for the future! Sounds like you earned it.
