Anyone take Trulicity and lose more than five pounds? I have a neighbor that lost a lot when he started on it. I started it this morning.

I have basically yoyo'd my weight up and down and back up again since the day I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Here is what I learned. All of the programs, meals premade for you to microwave, workout regiments, and challenges work to one extent or the other but eating less and exercising more is bar none the least expensive and least painful way to shed a few pounds.

It costs me zero dollars to start doing what I already should have been doing and actually saves me money because I eat less every week I do it. Best of luck to you no matter how you trim off a few

The best way to loose weight is transition to all natural foods gradually and eat more often/smaller meals. So, natural foods are not processed...no refined sugars or other 'bad' ingredients and they generally have only one ingredient on the label or may have 1% of something else...

If you change your eating habits gradually to healthy/natural foods then keep things that way it becomes a sustainable plan. The majority of people 'diet' for periods of time and then they usually stop....gradually putting back on the weight or sometimes even more weight.... which really makes no sense at all.

Yes,

Around 15 pounds for me, but It was with diet and moderate exercise along with it.

Eventually, the effect wears off, but It still really does a good job

lowering your daily blood glucose, and hga1c.

My Mom's advice was to get exercise by pushing yourself away from the table.

I’ve lost weight twice in my life, over 50 lbs each time, but I was younger. I’m 6’1” and 260, down from 274 a few months ago. I feel real good at 225. That is my goal before this trapping season. I can say I believe apple cider vinegar works to help.
