Spend the extra $ and get a heavier hybrid saw rather than a standard contractor model. They are far less expensive than a cabinet saw but the performance is much better than a lighter tool. You want a cast iron top. I have a rigid TS3650 (since discontinued) and I couldn't be happier with it.

been using a delta contractor 10 inch table saw for years, and wishing i had a better saw just as long cry once buying a bigger cabinet saw

My Rigid has a lot of features for the money , folding stand , nice size fence , table that will expand to handle sheet goods decently
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
