I don't remember seeing anything like this. Maybe something they're spraying outta those jet aeroplanes? Maybe North invading the South again ?
Covid-T ?

I've been hearing strange noises late at night lately, I dunno ?

Some type of mistletoe? There’s a bunch of different types depending upon the host species.

Yep, that's what it is. I just can't understand how it can grow with the low humidity, high temperatures, lack of rainfall and water where I live.
For some reason it started growing on the dead limbs and trees to the south west of us, mainly live oaks, after the last extremely bad drought of 2010-2012. Actually I had 3" of rain from June 1st to the end of last year.
Experts had said it doesn't damage the oaks but now they are confused as it appears to be killing oaks in the second county over.

At least three toxic plants have showed up on my property since the last drought that have not been here before.

I am beginning to understand why the old timers used to pull up roots and move to another place.
