I have a 2001 model and it has been a tank, although it has sat for a few years and now needs some work. The good thing about them is they are light enough that you can lift them if you get stuck. Your entitled to oxygen. Everything else is earned.

Search Google for Honda Recon test drive. You can even include the year you want to know about. Should pull up some reviews with the info you want.

It will go a lot of places a 4wd can due to its lighter weight. Plus the turning radius is a lot smaller than a 4wd is. Your entitled to oxygen. Everything else is earned.
