I eat them fried,scrambled,omelettes,hard boiled and yes rarely poached but when I do I have hash.I love them on top of corned beef hash!

And after these, store-bought are nasty in comparison.

I sell brown, blue, & green mix for $2/dz and All blue or Green for $3/dz here So. IL. The polish community where my wife is from (Chicago) pays $4/dz when we visit them or when they come down they call ahead for orders.

You should get some hens.

I have three hens and 5 hen quail that all been laying all winter, every day. I eat French toast and maple syrup almost daily, and have jars of stored eggs in lime water.
wont be buying eggs any time soon.

Wife sells eggs for $6 per 18-pack. Use organic feed (not cheap) and all table scraps, etc. Helps cover cost of feed. Have 19-20 chickens and sell the eggs quickly at this price level. The eggs taste better so people buy.
