My friend LaShawn, who is black, just left here about an hour ago. He grew up poor in Chicago in a single parent household. He got a basketball scholarship to college. He played professional European basketball after graduation and started investing most of his money in realestate. He only played for a few years and quit when he realised he could make much more money working for himself buying and selling realestate. He's worth tens of millions of dollars now, all of which he made on his own merits. He does leadership conferences and mentors people too. Black people who work hard and smart can do as well as anyone else.
The democrats and many black democrat leaders have done a huge disservice to black people by convincing them the rest of Americans are against them and that there is no point in trying to better themselves. People need to know that they are responsible for their lot in life.

There is approx. 40 million blacks in America. It only takes a few to make the rest look bad. Why aren't the good standing up against the bad? Same as any other race.

Many blacks do stand up against the bad actions of other blacks. The liberal media seeks to divide us and will rarely show blacks speaking out against or stopping other blacks from behaving badly. The democrats try to isolate blacks from the rest of Americans to garner their votes.
There are huge problems in black communities, there are many very great people too. The democrats support and encourage the worst in black communities for their own gain. Just look at the way successful conservative blacks are attacked and denigrated in the media.

Don’t get to watch many of the videos you post due to mobile coverage but today I watched this one at lunch. We work in town. Lot of good points made...this video needs spread. Funny to me what people choose to follow. Most of the young people I work with are just following the carrot dangling in front of them. I had one of them with me on lunch today and I played this video. He was surprised and I believe I could see the embarrassment in his face. I think he had an epiphany right there in the truck. I don’t try to shepherd these kids but I think I at least make an impression on them. Make them think twice about the direction they take in life.

I find it said that our country at one point decided keeping ppl in chains or cages was not who we wanted to be but we are electing ppl who enslave peoples minds into thinking they are somehow not good enough to make it on their own.
