I tied a snare off way too high and too long b/c it was supposed to rain a lot. It never did and I didn't change my set up. When I snagged a beast of a beaver he got a leg thru and denned up so I figured Im a rough and tough cowboy I would just pull him out into open water and we could have it out. Once he whupped me I went back to the pickup and armed myself. The SOB was planning to drown me

Right in plain sight of a busy state road.

I was placing a 330 In a den entrance and had one get caught as I was holding onto the stabilizer. Had another one blow right through a 330 as I was placing It in the run. Scared the crap out of me.

Set a 330 at a lodge on a tall support...all from a boat out in a small lake. Took one paddle stroke to leave and wham...a big male came out of lodge into the 330...splashed water on me...
