If Amazon has accepted your request to return an item brought to you by UPS. Then you have chosen a replacement for the item from Amazon. You can not talk to Amazon person to person. All communication is through the computer which tells you after the message has been submited that the page you sent a message to them on does not respond to e mails I received through e mail a image that I photed onto my cell phone of a confirmation code that I could take to the " nearest" UPS store. How does any body get through to them that the nearest U P S Store is 240 plus miles one way from you and that you need a A R S Call tag, Pre paid label . Then you have 30 days to get it back to them.l ? Thanks for any help. My thinking is that by them accepting the request a Call tag A R S label should be on its way.

Call UPS and tell them you have a package to be picked up.

Once I took a picture of the confirmation code onto my cell phone. Same day talked to one of the UPS drivers and showed him the image .He stated I needed to get a hold of Amazon to get the call tag from. Called the nearest UPS distribution hub but only reached their national directory with no prompts that referenced any thing about labels.

It doesn't have to be a hub. If you have an ARS label you can hand it to your driver. Drop it at a business in town that gets deliveries/pickups. There are some (4 I think) that are official drop off points close to you if your location under your name is correct.
