Was at Menards yesterday ,A protester parked across two stalls with his SUV so I couldnt get out with my trailer ,After a few minutes I got out and asked him why he needed two stalls ,His answer was a ? he said you have two stalls one for your pickup and one for your trailer ,After arguing a while I just went in the store and pretty soon he was following me around in there .Went to pay for some bolts and didnt see him until I got outside he was driving away from my rig and he had backed his trailer hitch into my lower drivers door . Got his plate number and alot of good it does . They just say turn it in to your ins, he will deny it anyway . No Law

You should have not argued.... just walked around his vehicle taking lots of pictures... and not answed him if he talked.

I no longer patronize menards. Once they started DEMANDING mask usage they lost my business.

He told me he was ANTIFA and what was I gonna do about it .His whole point was that I had two stalls so that meant he could have two and he sid pickups with trailer had to park on the farthest out side of the lot . The bad thing I did was call him some expletive names like F------ punk I guess I would not do that next time .

Same here. One guy I talked to said that he has seen several people in the store with masks but no warning them correctly, yet one one questions them. And what about the vehicles parked along side the front of the store in the loading zones? Most use them as their own private parking spot. Bunch of idiots.

I will argue that we need to bring back good ol fashioned butt kickings for these types of people.

I have been in Menards half a dozen times in the last month in Minot ND and never had a mask on or along. It sounds like another MN deal to me.

I went to a popular bar/steakhouse here in St. Cloud today. There were a half dozen protesters in the parking lot.
The bar owner called the local police and had the protesters removed. It is private property, after all. You should have had Menards call the cops and had the protester removed for loitering before he banged up your truck.

When someone would tailgate us when we where on the motorcycle my wife would turn around and start taking pictures with her phone. Worked like a charm every time.

Menards has facial recognition on their camera and since the damage occurred on their property, you should be able to track down the offender.

beside to have a trailer hitch and no trailer attached is a highway traffic act offence and he can be charged.....happens when you re-end someone and they have their hitch on.....they did the problem not you rear ending them

My cousin told me about the trailer hitch thing. It's a law I agree with. I know it's sounds far fetched.
