I've been told it's against the law to drive with your tailgate down unless required by the load.
don't ask who told me......

Fog lights or day time running light...big difference. Canada needs the day time running light on.Fog lights you have to pull the switch out for the to work
Just hope the officer does not want to press thing with the hitches when you get stopped.
It falls under a section of equipment and all in working order......an attached hitch is not working...no trailer.
just like all lights have to be in working order .everyone knows that

When someone would tailgate us when we where on the motorcycle my wife would turn around and start taking pictures with her phone. Worked like a charm every time.

Yes it does

Call Rochester police dept. Give them the license number. Tell them what you’ve told us about him being argumentative and having an extended trailer hitch. Leave out the part of your harsh words. In other wards, get it on official paper. Then submit to your insurance company. The insurance company is going to ask if you submitted a police report anyway, to substantiate your claim.

mmmnn someone has paperwork to back up that. That's why they sold those strap tail gates a few years back.

The stores have to destroy their inside footage of security after 48-72 hours.....unless you asked for a time period to be saved pending a insurance claim.

the tailgate incident came when I was at a trappers convention. Seems like some trappers just want to argue (you know the type, they have their shines all scared up, from trailer hitch knocks) Well this guy says it is his right to have what he wants on his truck. Now I know never argue with someone over 6 feet. This discussion went on for a heated 10 minutes with 10 people. Seems that an off duty RCMP officer was also a trapper in attendance and he phoned a friend. It was an early Saturday night with the Disco Lights Coming On and a learning exercise for that stubborn trapper
