Anyone have one or shoot one? Considering building one. Interesting caliber to experiment around with. I'm mainly talking about ar platform.

I do bought it for a deer rifle and while I have not used it for that yet and I think my daughter is going to steal it from me it is definitely on my list of replacement if it goes with her when she heads back to her pace with it

She likes the AR platform because of the ease of adjustment of the stock being so small boned

I don't have one ,but, why go with a 350 when you can get a 450?
I love my 450 Bushmaster.

When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

As a short range critter getter I use a 458 SOCOM. For medium ranges the 6.5 Grendel get the job. When the Legend first hit the market, Winchester fudged the ballistic data of it to make it more appealing to potential customers. In my book if you think you have to cheat in order to sell something, I for one aint buying. If you have to use straight wall cartages the I would go with the 450 BM instead. If not, the Grendel is a nice deer round and does a number of hogs as well without to much meat damage.
Just my 2 cents and probably not even worth that

Let's go Brandon

In my mind the .350 Legend is a product hunting for a market.

Got the upper from Bear Creek Arsenal, I had to send the first one back for feeding issues. They replaced it but because I procrastinated on buying it until near deer season, by the time I got the replacement season was over. The new one works as it should and is accurate with very little recoil, should be a fine round for deer, we'll see come December I guess.

just my opinion

trying to stuff a lot in a little magazine

primarily for places where running a 308 is prohibited by law

building a light AR-10 unless like stated you need to meet a strait wall cartridge state law makes more sense to me

350 is a 200ish yard cartridge at best

if I lived in a strait wall state I would be all over it , but there is really nothing another longer cartridge that falls outside of the strait wall 1.88 inch case and lack of a neck that isn't done better by a slightly ,longer 2.05 inch bottle neck case like 308win or if you prefer 35 cal 358win

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

The .450 would be more versatile on critters up through moose and most wouldn't hesitate to use on brown bears inside 100 yds.

I have a 6.5 Grendel almost built to completion. That's going to be a fun one. The 350 lege d I'm considering and not at all set on is just likely to go on a funky build. A funky caliber for a funky build. Not a real serious build, just something unique. Just something different.
