I questioned this but the lady teaching the class assured me that was fine.
I told her in my school days thems was fighting words.
Apparently things have changed.
She did say that queerbait was not appropriate.

This statement is a lie. Being more diverse , means we are far apart.

Unity is our strength.
True statement. Working together as a team towards a common goal makes us stronger. Look at how this country came together during WW2 and after 9/11. Having unity with the added benefit of diversity to see things from other prospectives can benefit unity.

Diversity training only helps separate people into groups , it doesn't bring them together.
Unity training aka ' team building ' helps more . United as one regardless of gender , religion , race or creed.

Had to do harassment training once, basically a do's and a lot of dont's...it wasn't rocket science, just smile and nod....

Sex harassment training for all our guys. I told them to stay away from me.

I had to attend "sensitivity training" because apparently some people are too sensitive for factory work.
FYI, when some union stooge is making your job 10x more difficult because the parts are "too heavy for one guy to lift" you should not voice the opinion that "you're a pretty big p*$$y for a fat guy..."

I told a queer joke on a family website and discovered I have a lesbian cousin in Arizona I didn't know I had. She didn't think queer was appropriate.

I had to takr sensitivity training years ago. It was great. I was in Milwaukee. They sent me to a 3rd party counselor on their time. It was once a week for 4 weeks starting mid September. I worked downtown and the counselor was in Stallis. I made it a point to ride my bike to work on those days. Perfect weather for a ride. Those turnes into half days as I was getting paid for riding a bikr and talking to some broad for 30 minutes.

America is no longer a melting pot. All conforming to a single Idea. America is now a fruit salad. All individuals working on there owne. After the last 3 weeks of looting and riots. They definitely got the fruit salad right. I learned this last yr in leadership training

In a group of 10 workers. If 1 is doing a bad job. You can not tell them that in a group setting. You must remove them. Explain to them they are doing a great job and need to try a little harder tomorrow. And the other 9 must lower there standards to not to embarrass the one LOSER. Oh back I go to sensitivity training LOL 😂

My son in law is taking classes to get his business management degree so he can be a branch manager at the credit union instead of being the assistant manager that manages the branch . He hates it ;every semester two of the three courses are of the social sensitivity type . One he just finished was "developing empathy for and developing strategies to accommodate LGBTQ STAFF they act like its a handicap or something .
They were getting close to the end of a social welfare class when the professor ask everybody to post a link to any video on the subject that they thought would be beneficial for the other students to watch he posted a link to thomas sowell on the damage the welfare system has done to the black community . She almost failed him

my diversity training was put down the pick and get goin with the shovel.

Years ago we had to attend a 8 hr insevice block called, “juvenile minority sensitivity training”.
It was a real hit with our agency. The instructor was from NC DOJ and to show us our “insensitvity” , she showed pictures of young Muslims protesting & burning an American flag. She then asked us what we thought of when we saw the pictures.

Apparently the answer I gave which was “pop up targets” was somehow unbeknown to me the wrong answer and she had a complete meltdown and took a 15 minute break. After she had a discussion with the Chief Deputy I got called into the office for some remedial butt chewing.
Yeah all that touchy feely liberal PC stuff is near & dear to my lower digestive tract.

i thought sensitivity training was gettin the new guy to hold the spark plug so you can see if its gettin spark when ya hit the starter.

On the section gangs we had initiation.It was more like desensitivity training.
