If you have ever said grass fed beef was good you are probably a Canadian who blushes like a little girl whenever Michael Moore gets interviewed.

Lets take this out to the parking lot! I cant seem to cook this crap in a way that is actually enjoyable to eat and now I feel like handing out top knots. Git ready to ruuuuumbleeeeee!

You have to carry it home in your man purse for it to taste good

Do you think it smells like cow poop when it hits the frying pan? Me too. I had one given to me and I wish I could've given it back. Only thing you can do is cook tomatoes with it, cause tomatoes neutralize skunk smell.

If you put some good stout rub on the steaks, then smoke'em, then grill'em, they are edible.

If I cook it rare it is chewy, if I cook it well done, it is chewy. If I put it in the crockpot it takes about 2 days to soften up and then it tastes like a 2 day old onion.

Tonight I cut some up into tiny pieces, browned it, and I am going to leave it in the oven on low covered in cream of mushroom. It works on the tough old bucks who were taken down while their necks were bigger than their butts so we will see.

Well buffalo are grass fed, and they were quite popular with our forefathers in the rocky mountain fur trade.

Are you sure you're not just spoiled?

Bought a few steaks from a guy who farms up the road from me.
They were from a Belted Galloway, and they were terrible.
The fat was a funny yellow color, the meat was tough and had an off taste.
He was wanting to sell me a half, glad I tried a little bit first.

You just can't cook steak. People that cook it to well done should not be allowed to own a stove and should live on pot noodles and microwavable instant soups.

Ok mister, you just stepped on my last nerve and I was already feeling mean as a rattlesnake. I am on my way with a ham bone to distract Finigan and I will be going full native on your rear end when I git there.

I am desperate- there are no steaks and I am currently cutting the roasts down into half finger sized stew meat chunks.

Being the nice guy that I am. If it still rains when you turn up, I'll even let you park your Prius under my tractor out of the weather.

I'll take Moosemeat over any kind of finished beef.

Stuff is so danged out of whack I am betting Mark Junes wife has a cuss jar she cant even pick up w/o a tractor. Sure, he is always a perfect gentleman when he types on here, and he is a shining example of a the kind of Christian I wish I was but enough is enough. I am betting he lets out bad words every time CNN has breaking news like the rest of us
