Okay, my wife and I do not get o enjoy dinner with each other very often so I am wanting to make her something special that we have not had before. Im already grilling steaks so what would be a good side? Any and all suggestions welcome! I feel like we eat the same foods all the time!!

Asparagus use a vegetable peeler to skin the bottom for a couple inches , roll it in a tray of olive oil and coarse salt and bake or grill

baked sweet potato

beer battered onion rings - we made these for Fathers day , Big Vidalia onions cut into rounds battered and fried in peanut oil on the grill.

Twice baked potato

A little late now, but Chicken Marsala is a great dish and easy to prepare. Served with a side of rice and grilled asparagus, fantastic!

Since your location says Virginia, I trust that I get a stab @ this. How about some Cajun turkey? I have not had Cajun turkey in years. I think it is a product that is sold in Texas but maybe if you go to Wegmans , they may have it for sale. Have fun.

Get some crab legs, half ears of corn, shrimp, baby potatoes, anduue sausage, zaterans crab boil and some lemons boil it all in a pot she'll appreciate it
