Cotton tail rabbit and Elk is a close toss up.

Never have liked ocean fish that much.


Most days would trade it all for Hereford sirloin. Angus is poor excuse for beef.

For the big game that I have had I rate pronghorn antelope tops, followed by elk and whitetail (tie), and black bear.

in no particular order i like, squirrel, rabbit ,quail, pheasant, gator, rattler, beaver ,moose, muley and white tail deer, elk, crappie, spoonbill, walleye, channel blue flathead catfish, and turtle. some others i consider edible but i dont enjoy it. antelope, bear, duck, goose, and raccoon fit this bill off the top of my head.

Teal and Wood Ducks...medium rare.
Deer backstrap...medium rare
Wild turkey...grilled or fried

Desert Big Horn and Grouse

Caribou rolled in flour and Tony Chacheres Cajun seasoning and fried, mullet rolled in cornmeal and Tony's and fried.

Beef, whitetail deer, sand hill crane, frog legs, beaver & turtle would probably be on the top of my list so far. Eaten a lot of stuff and have to say much depends upon how it's handled in the field as well as the kitchen.

Fried gator tail is my favorite. Fried whitetail doe meat. Or young buck is delicois.whitetail jerky. Fried rabbit and fried turkey are all very good Bass and crappie are way up there on fish but the best has got to be mahi mahi.

You probly got a super secret Cree lake where theys till graze,,and you spear them ALL the time and feed them to your dog.

I like all the animals I have ever eaten. With the exception of yote meat, to hard to keep the stink off the meat. Or it might already be in there Lol
