I like it all, but at the moment its a toss up between moose steak, deer tenderloin, and alder smoked rainbow trout

Already been mentioned, but fried squirrel with squirrel gravy on toast or biscuits is hard to beat. Hungarian(grey) partridge and sharptail grouse grilled after a day's hunt is pretty hard to beat too.

Pronghorn, taken care of (read killed without running it across 3 counties,, dressed and cooled immediately) is hands down better than elk or deer in the big game category.

I agree. Hard to beat caribou.

You that are saying Antelope need to expand your horizons. Moose by far is the best meat that is hunt able. Then elk and so on down from there.Just my opinion.

Well prepared squirrel is really hard to beat.

Turkey breast strips, hammered with a mallet, deep fried with fish-n-chips batter. I dare you not to eat it till it comes out of your ears.
Roasted oysters when cooked to perfection. Not runny, but not rubbery. Cook them on a hot plate covered with wet burlap. It is the only food that I have eaten that the last one tastes just as good as the first one, even if my gut is about to bust

Sauteed Hungarian partridge, grilled elk backstrap, deep fried ruffed grouse, ducks in plum sauce, venison sausage biscuits and gravy, beaver burritos.

Moose, elk, king salmon, Sitka blacktail, prawns, crab, and black cod. In that order

Moose and Caribou and grizzly bear is good eating but a 3-5 year old dry cow buffalo is super tough to beat .
But then slow roasted mtn lion is right there close to the top of the list also ha ha to many choices and it's even tough to narrow it down to just one !

I ate dried squid in Korea tasted just like chicken noodle soup pretty tasty
