Water. as much as i can swallow. I screwed up and drank too much coffee this morning and went for a bike ride this evening and got overheated. Too much caffeine and not enough water today. I was in bad shape a few minutes ago. Luckily the neighbor was out cruising and he let me get in the AC before i hit the dirt.
