Find this Mike and go cut a tree out of his front yard and sink it in a hole in your yard. In a month or two it will look just as dead as the spruce that was there.

I looked at their website to see if I could find Mike.
With your experience they would probably offer you for a supervisor job.
Call Mike into your office and give him his contract and walking papers.

Another pine at the corner of the yard. The hen has been missing for a few days, something got her.

Yea, Im sure I have no recourse, Im not going to fight it. They are such a slipshod company, like I said earlier, if Mike would have showed up and said we screwed up that would have been enough.....But for a big company like that not to have work forms on them and not follow through on a problem, what was the sense of me signing it. I offer to make my wrongs right when I make a mistake Oh you wait till they get that contract out next time......

They'll have forgotten this fiasco in 5 years, you surely won't.

I hear ya, that's the way they should've handled it.

Had a round with those same type clowns. Took out waterline and some fence as well. Just wandered on about their business. Figured would end up casing me more grief then was worth to fight with them.

I'm sure I'll catch flack for this but here it goes anyway.

3/8 by 12 inch nail spikes driven into the tree at 45 degree angles with your trapping hammer from the bottom to as high as you could reach would of kept it standing.

I have 2 power lines across my farm. I have had nothing but problems with the contractor that they use. Asplundh is always the contractor, very shady. They have numerous different corporations and change frequently as lawsuits arise. The local coop is reasonable, but these contractors are just there to get paid and get out asap. They truly don't care. Fences down, ruts in fields, brush left in the way. The list goes on, I feel your anger.
