No,I never had a beef with the power company.
If they screwed me over I wouldnt waste my time jumping thru hoops.
Just get satisfaction in a simple way.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I had a run in with Asplundh last year on my land in KY. They cut a big walnut that was out of the right of way and some smaller ones that didn't need cut or trimmed. I threw the crew off my land and got the bosses there quick. In the end I collected 2500 dollars and the bosses had to be on site for any trimming. I would still rather have my walnut trees. Once they are gone from the job it's hard to get any satisfaction from them. If you stop them and shut the job down in the middle of their contract with the power company you will have a little more leverage with them. I hope it works out for you.
