trapperkeck OP trapper Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 9,833 St. Cloud, MN	Well, the lady of the house decided she wanted a smoker for her birthday. Naturally, I ordered one immediately, lest she change her mind. Anyway, it is a smaller Bradley (31") that uses the biscuits. Looking forward to making some meat! I can't believe I have lived over 50 years without one. Next on the agenda is a sausage stuffer. Going to try out our KitchenAid grinder too. Smoker should be here Wednesday. Still getting prices and reviews on stuffers, but the 11# Hakke looks like the ticket. Looking forward to recipes from y'all in the near future? "The voice of reason!"

We actually found the bigger 6-rack Bradley smoker on clearance at Scheels for $200, which is $70 less than the one we tried to order. I hope it works! Lol "The voice of reason!"

How in the heck you gonna fit a hog in that thing after ya build a fire, assuming that is the fire box we is looking at? If that tiny thing on the back is the fire box, you had better start using bonsai trees as smoking wood, sure aint fittin no real wood in there.
