since its an antique replica i am thinking mail order is legal? Perfectly legal because it is not a machine gun by definition. It does not fire multiple shots by a single pull of the trigger. Heck, it doesn't even have a trigger as we think of it.

.45-70 Government, that would put a woop'in on ya. I didn't think Gatling guns used a caliber that large.

pretty cheap dwc. original load was 70 grains of black powder and a 400 grain cast bullet. so 100 rounds per pound. goex is 17-18 bucks a pound
brass about .50 cents apiece. straight wall case low pressure last a loooong time.

you should see 2 240s and 4 249s on a suport by fire at night under NVGs it is pretty rad
