I don’t get it? Our DNR does a great job, almost too good on some critters, lol. Canada geese come to mind!!

Lived on Hatteras Island in NC for 15 years. 86% of the island is National Seashore with a few villages mixed in. The county would spray the private property for mosquito but the NPS never sprayed. Impossible to control them in a tug of war.

Good example here. We need to kill more geese here and protect others. But it seems that geese are more protect3s than more sought after game.

Kill more geese and allow a season for sandhills. Less tags for deer.

When I lived in Florida, I bought a small hand held fogger. I can't remember the name of the spray I bought. I found the best time to spray was about an hour before dark. Spray down low so the fog will rise up through the plants from the bottom, and some of them will already be out flying around. If I sprayed when there was just the slightest of breeze I could rid most of the neighborhood. There was to types of spray then ... one that was water based and one that was oil based. The oil based was by far the better types. I found some at Farmers Supply Store.

In some areas the deer are almost vermin, in others incredibly scarce.

Geese.....probably more of them then pigeons and yet we have to buy a license and various stamps. Treat them like coyotes
