In a 5-4 decision, with Roberts joining the majority, The Court has struck down Louisiana's requirement that abortion doctors have admitting privileges to a hospital.

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/reaganmccarthy/2020/06/29/scotus-10-am-n2571510

I haven't read the decision yet, but am wondering if anyone has.

I saw that Clarence Thomas said in his decent that the Court's abortion precedents are pulled out of thin air with no constitutional basis and need to be reversed.

Unless I've overlooked something, the only real purpose of the law was to make abortions more burdensome to women.

if you listened to his questions during the arguments about obamacare, you would have sworn he would have voted it to be un-Constitutional.

but something happened during the deliberation phase, and he came up with his contorted "logic" about the mandate being a tax [even though it didn't originate in the House of Representatives]...

I believe the Deep State got to him: "say, you wouldn't want those pics/allegations of your college "experimentation" to get out, would you?"

Like most conspiracy theories, this one is presented without any good evidence to support it.

Hope it happens on this side so I can still ask forgiveness for enjoying it.

You can make a women wear a mask and that’s just fine, but if the subject of abortion comes up then you can’t tell her what to do because it’s her BODY

Giving birth and raising a child is what's burdensome...which is why abortion is so popular with Democrats.

Some people worry a statue might hurt someone's feelings, but don't care if babies are killed by the millions.
