The wife made the best decision of her life and said, "I do" . Since, she has been proven, again and again to be the luckiest woman on the planet. Good grief, she made a great catch! grin Anyway, enough about her unbelievable luck, I decided to increase her devotion and gratitude this evening by making her dinner. I give you:
1. Fillet mignon (grilled perfectly and med rare) Not sure why the picture looks so dark.
2. Jumbo shrimp grilled with butter and various spices.
3. Caprese Salad with fresh basil from the garden.
4. Carrots and sweet bell peppers in a butter and rice vinegar reduction.
5. Finally, washed down with homemade Champagne that I made using the "Traditional method".
Just another day when you are lucky enough to lasso the "Finster"! laugh
