Some parts on it are not mill spec so your choices to change things are a bit limited. But if you are planning on leaving it as is, you'll be fine.

yes Ruger just made a budget rifle to compete it the market they are solid guns
some things are not mill spec as Scuba pointed out , but for a gun that shoots and is serviceable they work, I know a few people who have them.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
