k snow OP trapper K Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 6,408 east central WI	The mention in the shooting thread of the M61 in airplanes got me remembering this build from Dillon Precision. 7.62x51 and 3000 rounds per minute. Could have cleared out CHOP in a few seconds.

A friend of mine, that in service for almost 30 years said "They" called it the "thunder Stick". It looks like a Gatling gun. Garry- “Don't pick a fight with an old man. The minigun and the Vulcan both have 6 barrels and are known as rotary guns. 7.62 miniguns, M61 Vuclans, 40mm BOFORS cannons and 105mm Howitzers. Yes, howitzers in an airplane.

Can you imagine one of these riot crowds ... if you had 2 or 3 Warthogs do a low level pass over them. They wouldn't even have to fire a round...
