Just finished the Tractor ..... cleaned up serviced and greased up. Ready to sell and now I am taking the rest of the day off. Marinate some meat that I can overcook this evening on the fire pit. grin
Quite happy with the result. Purrs like a kitten as well. I like those old Perkins that still had the chrome lined cylinder liners. The new ones are not worth putting diesel in.

I cant believe you are selling it with logging and saw mill work on the horizon. Is your country that steep that you cant use a man sized tractor very much? I'd put a loader on the front of that bad boy and a bale mover on the back and raise holly (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman).

I have the heavy duty stuff out of the way and now that that part is done I have more use for a smaller tractor with a front end loader. Something that is a little more nimble in my food plots and around the site of the house. Plus the implements that I have are made for something smaller than this beast. It sure got the heavy lifting ( dragging) out of the way quick though. It would have taken me weeks with the little tractor what this guy did in days.

That's a great looking machine! You shouldn't have any trouble selling that one.

85 Hp 5200 hours ..... Does not burn oil and starts in under a second cold or warm no smoke ..... Thats why I like the non turbo chrome lined perkins. They go on for ever. Adjust the valves now and then and thats pretty much all you have to do to keep them happy for decades.

Must bee to cheap. Put the add in at 14:00 and have had 16 folks asking about it and 2 are coming tomorrow to look at it and some on Monday if it does not sell tomorrow. I said to the Missus that we will sell it on Monday and get the new one on Tuesday then fill another raised bed with it on Wednesday. She thought I was nuts lol

I figured that would sell quick. You don't see many older units in that good of shape!

I would say it is worth more without the loader. People tend to destroy loader tractors. Just my 2 cents.

Well the good deal is that there are lots of good options in small hobby farm sized tractors out there right now. IMO anyway
