Hey, I really appreciate the prayers. I myself do not pray enough everyday. 2Cylider, thanks for that info on your friend. Info like that does help. I know most cancers are very treatable now days. He has been having back pain since February. Not sleeping well as of lately. I went over and did some bush hogging and spraying for him yesterday, and I could tell he seems beat down. One thing for a 74 year old dad is in very good shape from grouse and deer hunting. Walking upwards of 10 miles following English setters. Grows a garden that would feed a small army. Very active in his community, helping people that can't get out. But thanks for these uplifting prayers and if you all will keep praying for dad!

Dads bone marrow test results came back as Multiple Myeloma. At least now we know what we're dealing with. The cancer doc says its very treatable depending on level which he is not sure of yet. But he seems very optimistic. The doc did say there are other small tumors but says he thinks treatment should take care of those plus the bigger one on his spine, so may not need surgery. But my family really appreciates the prayers from you all. I don't pray enough as is and shouldn't rely on prayer only in a time of need. But thanks again and if anyone as any info/experience with multiple myeloma feel free to relay the info.

I am happy to hear they are figuring it out and it sounds far from a worst case scenario.
We would all love to see him beat this thing and get back out there hunting behind the dogs
