Just finished this Bear skull today! He scored 20 2/8”! His teeth sure had a lot of wear and tear on them!

The bear skull looks great. You did a good job. Is the hide from the same bear?

Thanks Keith! No, that bear hide is from a bear I shot 4 years ago.

Nice work on the skull, but its not that big of a skull-not much of a ridge on it.
I have seen way more wear on bears teeth than that.It looks to be from a bear in its prime.

Lol Boco. It’s a Boone and Crockett Bear. Some people are very happy with that.

Nice Bear, sometime BOCO is full of it. How did you do the bear skull? I've cooked off some small stuff but never tried a bear.

The ridge on the skull may come with age, not necessarily size.
Nice job, looks great.

Lovely skull, great job. It looks like carved ivory. Great presentation too.

That is a very nice bear and you did a beautiful job on it. Good job! We had my son's bear skull done by a taxidermist. It was his first bear and it scored 20.5 and was 419 lbs. The dang rug is so big he doesn't have a wall big enough in his house so it is still here. The front feet stretch from the ceiling to the floor.

Thank you! That’s going to be hard to beat a bear that size! Maybe he’ll need to lay it on the floor to display. I always liked seeing a rug on the floor.
