Minimum of 4 justices consistently legislate from the bench, court is broken, something needs to be done.

They think they are God.

Roberts is a waste. Wants to prove to the democrats he is a “woke” justice. Or somebody has something on him.

It was a seven to two vote.

Because the 4 real conservatives know that Roberts will vote with the libs.

Why risk it ?

I think it won't go to the Supreme's unless the lower courts have already seen it.

I'm not going to lose sleep over the SCOTUS not hearing a case.

Thomas wrote a pretty angry opinion about this. He believes the Supreme Court isn't doing it's job by refusing to hear these cases. By the way, to get a carry permit in NJ you have to show that you need it by listing the threats against your life that are backed up by police reports. NJ has 9 million people and has about 800 active carry permits. Even retired law enforcement has a hard time getting a permit to carry here. I was in a gun shop in PA owned by a retired PA trooper. He told me that federal law lets him carry in every state but he won't carry into NJ because NJ ignores that law.
